Refund policy

Returns

You will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at [shop@freshlygrounded.com]. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that you must use a shipping service that covers customs and import fees at destination.

Refunds 

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, FG will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
