Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. 

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. Royal Mail quotes, but does not guarantee, 3-4 business days for domestic delivery, and 6-7 business days for international delivery.

FG offers free RM Shipping on all orders over £50 within the domestic United Kingdom.

International

For shipments outside the UK, the customer will be responsible for paying the taxes that are applicable in these territories, as well as the customs taxes, when they are required by the tax authorities.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, FG is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
